Race 1.
Qualifying was razor-close, with the top four separated by just 0.520s. Pole went to #69 Tyler Morgan. The 150cc class quickly proved to be the day’s most exciting racing, as Morgan, #22 Blake Robert, #41 Jason van Breda, #110 Bohlale Mafokate, and #98 Arno Erasmus traded blows in a five-way battle.
On lap 4, Van Breda slid out, leaving Robert to cross the line first. However, a 30s penalty for passing under yellow dropped him to fourth. Morgan inherited the win, with Mafokate second and Erasmus third all three crossing the line within half a second of each other.
Race 2.
The second race was another all-out dogfight. Robert made a daring move around the outside of Turn 3 to snatch the lead from Morgan, and this time he held it to the flag. Mafokate finished a close second, with Van Breda bouncing back to claim third.
