The Honda NC750X is one of the most popular twin-cylinder all-rounder bikes out there. The excellent fuel consumption and signature 23L internal storage are big buying features.
The 2025 Honda NC750X comes with some new technology.
Deon on his 2017 NC750X.
Our own Deon van der Linde owns a 2017 NC750X which he uses as his daily ride and for wandering around the countryside following the racing – and he loves it.
The most noticeable change is the refreshed styling and newly revised LED headlight. The latest NC750X is also equipped with a new 5” TFT display that allows you to connect your smartphone via Honda RoadSync, all controlled by a new backlit four-way toggle switch located on the left handlebar.
Front brakes are now dual 296mm discs with two-piston calipers (the old one is single pot). The rear brake is a one-piston caliper that bites on a 240mm brake disc. The brakes are mounted on newly designed lightweight alloy wheels.
The Parallel Twin engine is tried and true...
The engine remains the same, that torquey 745cc Twin-cylinder SOHC motor that we all know is virtually bulletproof, but now, it’s Ride By Wire with three riding modes and Three-Level Honda Selectable Torque Control.
The new NC is available in both DCT and Manual Transmission, with the DCT model undergoing a low-speed response upgrade.
