Simon Edwards joins Harley Davidson Gold Rand Charity Ride

Well known as the ever present, hard working Dealer Principle of Honda East Rand Mall, Simon Edwards has joined Harley Davidson as Dealer Principle as of the beginning of July 2024. And don’t believe for one minute he is any less busy, this is a hands on Dealer Principle who is always on the floor available to meet, greet and make sure clients needs are tended to professionally, efficiently and always with a smile. The Desperadoes bike club was the team behind this lot, but we saw patches from all over the place. It’s great to see the motorcycle fraternity doing their bit.

They were out to collect goods and funds for five places of safety from the East Rand, all the way out to Bronkhorstspruit.

We met at the Gold Rand Dealership early on a Saturday and headed out to meet the throngs at a local garage.

Man it was cool! More than 100 bikes of all brands roared along to the Ubunye day care at Zithobeni House where there was a handover of donated goods.

Over 100 bikes taking to the road to give donations to those in need.

And so the day went on, Ekangala, Sizanani, and others all benefited from this very successful event with bakkie loads of goods and donations being handed over.

We headed all the way out to Bronkhorstspruit for a very festive lunch.
