The longest running single manufacturer racing series made their way to the oldest unchanged race circuit, the Prince George Circuit in East London. The weather was great and the racing even better.

Spanjaard. Chain Wax. Chain Lube. Air Filter Oil Spray. Brake, Clutch and Chain Cleaner. Synthetic Fork Oil. Fork oil. Carb Cleaner.

After their combined qualifying rounds it was the King Price Extreme rider #11 Clinton Seller who secured himself the pole position. The top three riders on the grid was held by Class A riders, Seller followed by our Isle of Man Rider #39 AJ Venter and #821 Damion Purificati.

Race report, combined classes.

Race 1.

Race 1 started with Seller and Venter ahead of the pack and slowly pulled away from the other riders. Seller came through in 1st place with Venter grabbing a comfortable 2nd.

#1 Graeme Van Breda overtook Purificati in the first lap but Purificati took back his third spot in the following lap. Van Breda chased Purificati for the rest of the race until the last lap when Van Breda pipped him over the line by 0.488sec and clinched the 3rd spot.

Further down the line #44 Johan le Roux gained ground quickly as he climbed up the ladder, the same for #84 Travis Naude. From lap 9 Naude and le Roux changed positions a few times, but in the end Naude with a move on the last lap secured his spot in the top five – and only but just!

Race 2.

Venter had a great start and took an early lead. Seller stayed on his tail throughout lap one before slipping past in the second lap. Seller kept his head down and powered his way to another win, extending his lead in the championship. Venter crossed the line in 2nd place.

Purificati stuck his nose in front of Van Breda in the first lap and was left fighting to keep the reigning champ behind him. When the flag came out it was Purificati who crossed the line in 3rd with Van Breda in a close 4th place.

Naude, once again had a good start and found himself coming up behind De Vos with a couple of laps to go. Naude pushed hard, but De Vos made sure to keep the charging Naude behind him and took 5th place by the skin of his teeth.
