Sunday, 30 November 2025, saw 60 keen riders on all brands of motorcycle gathered at Redstar Raceway for Suzuki’s Intermediate Rider Safety Day, a perfect mix of learning, riding, and community. Apart from the 8R Cup bikes out for the day, this wasn’t about racing. There were no race bikes, just pure skill development and guidance from Suzuki instructors.
A Day Built for Learning:
Suzuki has a formula that works really well. Riders are split into Class B, C, and D, along with Suzuki 8R sessions for riders to give a race bike a go. This makes sure that everyone gets some personalized attention and time on the track.
The day started with a short classroom briefing, covering essential riding techniques, safety tips, and track etiquette. Then it was straight to the track, where riders took turns practicing skills and drills under careful supervision.
On and Off Track Support
Suzuki instructors were everywhere, both on and off the track, offering a helping hand, pointers, and encouragement. Riders could feel the confidence building with every lap, while knowing expert guidance was always close by.
Extras That Make the Day Special
Lunch is included in the entry which adds a social touch and gives riders time to swap stories, share tips, and connect with fellow Biking enthusiasts. The day wasn’t just about improving riding, it was about fostering a community of more skilled motorcyclists.
Suzuki’s Rider Safety Days have proved that safety, skill-building, and fun can go hand in hand.
They always include structured track sessions, experienced instructors, and an emphasis on learningrather than outright speed. Every participant leaves more confident and more capable than when they arrive.
