A visit to Triumph in The Cape
On our latest stop in the Mother City, we were invited by the good folk at Triumph to the highly anticipated Triumph Black dealership launch. On arrival we were greeted by friendly team members who invited us into the brand new fully remodeled Triumph store. All the motorcycles were beautifully displayed and invoked a wanderlust. The first motorcycles that caught our attention were the new Bobbers with the chrome plating…. And Bainskloof pass, Slanghoek and all the beautiful mountain roads started calling even louder. As usual, Triumph really went all out with their wide variety of refreshments and snacks keeping the happy chomping smiles on everybody present. The evening took off with a bang when the owner of the new triumph store spoke about his journey, and how far he has come. Jorg started renting bikes in Cape Town and gradually expanded his business until he decided to take on the first fully dedicated Triumph dealership in the Cape. They haven’t changed their address, but their new-look showroom is stylish, modern, and distinctly Triumph! After the speakers were done the guests were excited to be able to sit on some of the motorcycles in the showroom and start developing their love affair with the brand. The big talking point of the evening was the stunningly remodeled showroom and the fact that Triumph has been in the motorcycle industry for the past 120 years and they are still going strong and one of the leading motorcycle brands in the industry.
