Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR

Limited Edition Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR Breaks cover.

The 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR is a full-on American Bagger Racing bike that had somehow been made street legal. With only 131 models available it is one of Harley’s rarest models ever made. It’s also Harley’s most powerful bike ever.

It’s equipped with a Screamin’ Eagle 131 motor that is said to be the most powerful Milwaukee-Eight engine ever installed in a Harley – the same V-twin block used in the H-D Factory Race Team bikes.

The Stage IV features CNC-ported heads, Screamin’ Eagle internals and a SE8-550 Camshaft that produces 153 BHp and 150 NM of torque.

The intake system is worth mention and features a 68mm throttle body for smoother air flow and increased power. To reduce weight, a CNC-machined aluminium intake has been fitted and includes a washable Screamin’ Eagle High Flow air filter that provides some cool induction noise.

The titanium Akrapovič Exhaust System was developed with Harley-Davidson Factory Racing. It’s a lightweight 2-into-1 header pipe design with titanium muffler and carbon fiber shields that is more than 4.5kg lighter than a standard exhaust system.

The CVO Road Glide RR’s comes with Race-Spec Öhlins Suspension.

Up front you’ll find 43mm Öhlins FGR inverted forks with dual Screamin’ Eagle Remote Reservoir shocks oit back.

Ride height has been raised by 5 cm to increase lean angle for aggressive cornering.

The Billet Aluminium Swingarm is developed by Harley-Davidson Factory Racing to reduce unsprung weight, handling and suspension response. They tell us that the swingarm is machined from a 99 kg block of 6061 aluminium all the way down to just 8 kg.

Staying on the billet theme, a billet aluminium mid foot control replaces the traditional foot boards. This reduces weight, enhances handling and makes shifting and braking more efficient.

As for stopping power, Brembo stepped in and supplied nickel plated GP4-RX CNC four pot 32mm piston calipers and 320mm brake discs up front. At the back is a Brembo four piston caliper biting down on a 300mm disc. They tell  us it’s  MotoGP grade stopping power.

It’s all  fitted onto gloss black cast aluminium wheels with laser etched CVO RR logos on the front wheels to signal the bikes racing DNA.

The CVO Road Glide RR is equipped with a solo seat and pommel. It raises the rider by 2.5cm to optimize mid-control ergonomics. The pommel provides bracing under braking and the rear bolster keeps the rider planted under acceleration.

It’s all been constructed with carbon fibre to shed weight.

Track and Track Plus Ride Modes.

To top everything off, Harley-Davidson Factory Racing rider Kyle Wynman has helped develop the track modes on the CVO RR. They fine tuned the throttle response, braking and the traction control until they felt the bike gives maximum performance and feel on a closed-course racetrack. As for the Track Plus Mode, that’s developed to push even further, dialing back rider aids for the more advanced riders seeking full control of the bike and minimum intervention from electronic aids.

There are nine modes available.

The CVO Road Glide RR is limited to only 131 units globally.
