Motorcycles for Africa

Motorcycles For Africa: 41 years young…

Motorcycles for Africa, started in 1984 by Selwyn and Ruth Lurner as Selwyn Lurners Workshop, have just moved into their new premises at 77 Conrad Drive in Blairgowrie.

Everything from a Tuk Tuk to a GSXR…

On the 22nd of November, we were greeted by friendly staff and an air of excitement.  Motorcycles For Africa had just moved into their brand new premises.

There were prize giveaways, from some of the best names in the industry – HJC, SUZUKI, MOTUL, MT, LIFAN, YUASA, MICHELIN. There was a Braai and boerewors rolls done in the good old South African fashion, music and drinks for all to enjoy.

We were impressed to see that some of the captains of the motorcycle industry took the time to pop in and say hello!

Branding is on point, you can probably see them from Space…

Road access is direct and easy to get to, with tons of parking.

They are authorised dealers for Suzuki, Sym, Lifan, KAYO, Hero, Bajaj and Atul. So, if you need to buy yourself a new Motorcycle, Tuk Tuk, quad or parts for any of these motorcycles give them a shout.

The new workshop offers services and repairs to all makes and models of Motorcycles, not only the brands they are authorised dealers of. Motorcycles for Africa still can also assist with your crash bar and bracket building needs. They Custom make these from bike to bike.

It’s so cool to see the torch being carried from one generation to the next.

We can’t wait to see what good things happen next. Give them a shout or pop past the new shop and have a look.
