KTM is one of those companies that is really pro-active.
To celebrate the close of the year, a horde of orange peeps joined dealers from across Gauteng for the second annual Orange Day in the Gauteng sunshine at the Formula K Track just outside Benoni.
KTM had all of their road bikes on display and available for people to ride – from the big 1390 Duke to the new 450SM… and it was awesome.
Some people had never ridden on a race track before – and the big smiles told the story…
Dealers and experts were on hand to give pointers and tips – we even saw the technical team plugging diagnostic tools into customers bikes to help solve small niggles…
Brad Binders practice 450 was boppa’d on to a Wheelie pro machine next to the Red Bull tent and people got the opportunity top “Pop A Big one” in absolute safety.
The motard guys came out and put on a show, the lighties took their little bikes around the track and the really little riders got to sample the little E-Bikes.
There was a short enduro loop, with KTM factory riders on hand to give less experienced pointers on how to hop logs and other little enduro tricks that make the sport so much fun.
Of course moto GP was on the screen and the warcry BIIINDER….. Echoed across the East Rand. It was a really good, happy smiley day out.
If you missed it, make sure that you get to the next one!
