Round 5 took the riders all the way to Port Elizabeth, to battle it out at Aldo Scribante Race Circuit.
The qualifying rounds were exciting with 21 bikes on the track.
The top 4 riders qualified within 0.621sec of each other. It was #821 Damion Purificati who claimed pole position with #60 Trevor Westman and #78 David Enticott filling the front row.
Results combined.
Race 1.
#821 Purificati and #60 Westman had quite an intense dice.
Purificati won the race by 0.248sec, Westman took 2nd. Behind them #78 Enticott and the reigning champ #1 Graeme van Breda duked it out for 3rd. Van Breda missed the 3rd spot by just 0.096seconds.
Race 2.
In the final race of the day, Enticott came out swinging hard as he made his way to cross the line for the win. Purificati claimed 2nd with Van Breda in 3rd place.
