Last weekend we trundled along to the new Honda Wing East Rand Dealership in Great North Road, Boksburg to join in with the festivities of their official dealership launch.
It’s a really lekker place to kuier.
Long time Honda motorcycle enthusiast Simon Edwards is the man behind the project. You’ll know him from the old Honda East Rand Mall and Sandton. A while ago, he uprooted himself and joined the S4 Lifestyle/Gold Rand Harley group.
When the old Honda Wing dealership changed hands and closed down, he decided that it made sense to incorporate Honda into the Gold Rand fold – and now there is a seriously impressive collection of motorcycles all under one roof.
Looking for a Honda, a Harley or a pre loved machine? There’s a great variety on the floor.
The atmosphere was very festive with a steady throng of happy people wandering through for the entire day. Simon and the team really put on a great show and were well supported by Riaan and the folks from Honda Wing SA.
Of course you’ll find new Honda and Harley Davidson motorcycles, but these guys also stock and trade a massive selection of pre-owned bikes.
They have a huge parts and accessory department and a massive workshop for service and repair.
